Get my own Von Trapp family on the go. You download a bit of software, that you say which country you want to appear to be in. Click connect and away you go, and then when you visit BBC iplayer it thinks you are in the UK.I wouldn't use it on a work machine, as it would entail downloading software and some companies don't like you doing that. Would take a bit of setting up though.Its not too hard, the software makes it easy.Setting up a proper VPN is harder, as I ended up bricking my router by flashing the firmware to an unsupported version.But that isn't really related to the VPN, I needed to install open source router operating system onto my router - which failed. And my router doesn't even boot up. I can't power cycle it or anything. I would need to solder a serial connection onto the board to try and resurrect it.
