Moose
Any jobs going? I love soup and I need a job. You'd be bowled over by my work ethic and I really need the bread.Look man, I think I've got the soup covered over here. Ok? Sometimes the ladel is bigger than the bowl and it makes the serving of the soup that bit harder. I'm the best at serving it so thats why I'm trusted with it. I was promoted from being a waiter. Who needs the tips when you can serve soup to the general public? As a matter of fact, I used to serve soup in the restaurant, but those cunts just weren't as appreciative as the the cafe folk. They also changed the name of the Restaurant to Bishops Table. That's right, there is no apostrophe in the word Bishops meaning that the name makes no fucking sense. There are signs and everything. KarmaTsunami
The prospect of free soup is pretty ace-ic. I'll be in Wednesday. I'm gonna have me some minestrone tomorrow. Minestrone is probably my favourite soup, that or Cock a Leekie, but it has to have big chunks of leek in it.

KarmaTsunami
Ooh, I did have soup with pumpkin in it. It might have been pumpkin and coriander at some market in Portland and it was lovely. Squash does make a good soup. I'll have to look up a recipe for that. Guest
Sean Lock is ace-ic. He, in my opinion, is the best stand up comedian going at the moment. Never seen him live but watching an older show on Sky just now, just, just fucking hilarious.

Monster Zero
I'm quite weird about soup, I don't like the idea of unusual taste combinations, I like yer basic vegetable based options. Other foods I will try anything but soup, nae chance.

KarmaTsunami
That Prawn Tom Yum sounds brilliant. Thai food is just fucking great. This weekend is shaping up to be a darned sight better than last weekend. Parents took me out for pizza and to see The King's Speech last night, tonight is motherfucking Mogwai night which I've been looking forward to for ages, and tomorrow night heading down to The Moorings with my BFF. Hooray for good times. There's also going to be soup involved.
Alan Cynic
I love the soup in Kilau......today's one is sweet potato & red pepper. However my favourite soup is more basic...my granny called it 'white soup'....just milk, onions, tatties & whatever you fancy in the way of spices. Sic'n rare, as she would've said. Alan Cynic
Could be....they stayed inland a bit...so probably missed the fish out of the recipe. Good job they didn't have cats, I suppose.
Scootray
Bought a 135 soup maker for my Dad. Still in the box.He makes soup at least twice a week.I'm not letting this pass by. A soup maker? How on earth does anyone need a soup maker? Veg, check. Water, check. Broth mix if you so require, check. A suitable pan, check.
