MattJimF
Eh, my cat's doing handstand lunch, and you're talking about a cartoon? Get your priorities sorted guys. No, if your cat was dong handstand lunch the back paws would be in the air, not on a box.

The Milner
Nah they really are not. Sulky bastards.Cats always are, they do not like any change at all, especially not new animals. Just make sure and nae leave the puppy alone with them, they will rip it to pieces if they get the chance!
Alkaline
Just make sure and nae leave the puppy alone with them, they will rip it to pieces if they get the chance! Not very likely. One scratch and the balance would be restored. The cat needs to think it's in charge while the dog really doesn't care.
Chris
Cats always are, they do not like any change at all, especially not new animals. Just make sure and nae leave the puppy alone with them, they will rip it to pieces if they get the chance!Best thing to do is to let them sort it out between them. I knew someone once who got a dog and then had to give it away because it didn't get on with the cats, but he never let them have a chance. Always keeping them seperated and never giving them time in the same room where they can get used to each other. Most family dog and domesticated cats will just ignore each other once they realise neither is going anywhere soon.
Jaaakkkeee
My girlfriend's family dogs and cats all loved eachother. Her cat and one of her dogs constantly cuddle up to eachother. And when one gets a little poorly, the other is there to make sure they're okay. Best buds. It's ace.
Teabags
My old dog hated cats, and would kill them on site (being a street dog that we adopted). We ended up adopting a stray kitten as well and had to keep him in a glass fish tank until the dog got used to seeing him and us telling him no if he got too excited. Eventually we risked it and put them in the same room and the dog eventually just gave us a funny look and dealt with it.
The Milner
It really depends, my ex's cat fucking hates the dog they got a year ago, if the dog even comes in the same room it growls and stares at the dog and if the dog goes anywhere near it the cat goes for him. The dog is stupid tho and doesnt learn and keeps getting hammered by the cat, its quite funny as well, its a German Shepheard so its fucking huge, and this tiny cat takes him on constantly. The other cat they have happily plays with the dog and chases it round their house and sleeps beside it.

Brilliant. I want one. Teach a stupid dog a lesson or two.Or, I want that cat at the wolf thing further down. I'd be the king of pets. Teabags
Did it eat it after? He never ate the things he killed. Just rolled on top of them a few times then got bored and went and killed something else. But actually, the dog and cat got on fine and then some local kids gave the cat brain damage by throwing rocks at it one day. Had to be put down. The dog died after multiple strokes when he was about 18 (we actually had no idea how old he was)

Soda Jerk
Don't think it would really matter if we got a dog. The missus' two cats fucking hate each other anyway. Surely they can't hate a dog anymore than they hate one another?
