Jaaakkkeee
I'm just following as many hardcore trends as I can. I need to find some cheap snapbacks. Anyway,I found Rip Tide (Brewdog) disgusting. Did anyone like this?
The Milner
I must admit i do enjoy Leffe, a really nice beer. That and Hoegaarden i think its called, they sell in the Lemon Tree, or at least they used too.
Paranoid Android
Hoegaarden is good. And it gets served in a monster of a glass too.

Did anyone like this?Fantastic beer IMO, you are doing it all wrong obviously.I will say that the majority of BrewDog's beers last year were pretty ding though.I have a feeling this year they will be on form. Some crackers been released already.
Jaaakkkeee
I just didn't like it. I appreciated it in the way that, I don't like classical music, but I can see what they're doing right.

Jaaakkkeee
No. I understand why it might be nice for someone else, but I didn't enjoy it at all. And it got poured down the drain. it was sods law. I bought two bottles instead of just one.
keeno
My tastes are very girly. love wine, spirits and cider, hate beer and lager (0ther than a few beers with fruity tones like punk IPA). I currently have 5 types of rum, 3 types of vodka and 6 flavours of liquers, almost purely for making cocktails. My favourite thing to drink is still Sailor Jerry though. Also currently have about 15 litres of this strawberry cider I brewed for xmas left over. It's nice but I only really drink cider in pubs (as it's cheaper than drinking spirits!). Have a brewing kit for elderflower cider too which will be next up.
The Milner
Whats the name of that Cherry beer they have (or at least used to have) in the Moorings, has a paper wrap around the bottle? It was very nice!

keeno
Bacchus is also fruit flavoured and has paper around the bottle. Not sure if they sell that in bottles or just on tap though in the moorings.http://www.thedrinkshop.com/products/nlpdetail.php?prodid=6798&afwinid=90909
Woodsinho
They have it on tap instead of in bottles. Helluva good beer.

keeno
They have it on tap instead of in bottles. Helluva good beer. That's where I was confused. They have it on tap but in supermarkets it has paper around the bottle. Wasn't sure if maybe the Moorings also sold it in bottles or Milner hasn't been there in so long they switched from bottles -> tap
The Milner
Thats the stuff, can you buy it here in the shops?

The Milner
Decent, i never knew that, must be about 5 years since i bought booze in Asda or Tesco!
Lemonade
I'm enjoying Galway Hooker a lot at the moment, fucking terrific pale ale. Also a Scottish ale called Vital Spark, which is a sort of dark red ale, not sure who makes it, gave me the boak to begin with but it grew on me. There's a lovely porter as well called Dark Arts by a brewery called Trouble Brewing. It's weird, very very sweet but tasty as all hell. Lemonade
I'm extremely dense about whisky, I've never ever liked the stuff, but had a couple on News Years Eve and enjoyed them, this stuff called Black & White. I met a Scottish guy later and he was talking about whisky and I mentioned I liked that one and he laughed at me. Seemingly it is not a good whisky, he said he "wouldn't use it to wash his windows". Stroopy121
That Kriek stuff that was mentioned is the fucking sex.Delerium Trements is gorgeous - discovered it in Belgium when it kicked the fucking shit out of me at something like ~9% a pint, me thinking it was the usual ~4%. They sell it in the Moorings, too. Amazing shit.Innis and Gunn Blonde is a tipple of choice, too. Well, it was before I got on the wagon. I fucking hate the wagon. It's full of dickheads like JakeBassist.xx
HateEvent
Moorings have both Bacchus Kriek (cherry) and Framboise (raspberry) on tap. Fruli (strawberry), Mongozo Coconut, Mongozo Banana and Mongozo Mango are the bottled fruit beers available.
Woodsinho
I haven't had Fruli for ages. Tastes like strawberry jam if I remember correctly.
HateEvent
Pouring a bottle of Fruli into a half pint of Thatchers Heritage isn't bad. Bit too sweet though, can only really stomach one before going on to something else.
