Never even won an event at a school sports day or been in contention for winning anything.Last night after the 2nd last handicap race of our club's (Deeside Runners) season I'm top of the standings, 10 points ahead of 2nd place.There's still 3 other runners that can catch me with the last race (it's best 4 results out of the 6 races) so it's not over yet. I need to finish one position behind the highest finisher out the 3 or just get a 2nd place finish (3rd is my highest finish this season). Who needs the drama of the olympics?So the last race of the season was tonight. I finished 3rd with a new PB and my nearest rival finished 2nd.
