Its about time clubs stopped taking advantage of the faithful Aberdeen support.Ahh yes, Aberdeen; like Newcastle, another team where the fans genuinely believe they should be challenging for the title in their respective league as well as playing in Europe every season because of some god- given right, the fading memory of distant success and a "faithful" "tremendous" (read gullible) support. A team where boys in their travelling support (having just lost) will wave their wallet across the ground at the home support; If you've got so much money, why don't you buy a good keeper, pal? Given that the likes of Foster aren't exactly tactically astute at the best of times, this can only lead to a shambles. So we start games pishly.Oh and are we really taking the "banter" of the Aberdeen/Utd-mad boards into this thread? Both sides just end up boring. I would say though that Aberdeen fans aren't in the same delusional league as Necastle. All we expect, generally speaking, is a manager that gets the best out of the squad we have, which right now is more than good enough to get us into Europe, seeing as everyone else is gash this season too.
