Soda Jerk
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-22351486 I wish they would both just fuck off. Anywhere. England are totally welcome to have them. No thanks. We have Millwall and Leeds United already. The cunt quota has been filled. Perhaps they can go and start that fictional Atlantic League they often bang on about. PSG are doing their annual hard media push for Arsene again. There's probably quite a few moronic Arsenal fans that will be loving the idea of him leaving. I would be sad he deserves to see out the final year of this contract and spend the money this summer. Leave on a high (hopefully). Piers Morgan.

Adam Easy Wishes
"The poison still needs extracted, despite what many like to claim." The poison - is this poison and element that exist amongst Old Firm fans? Probably what he means. Consider that the poison IS the Old Firm, and it is infecting the Scottish game as a whole. Get them to fuck, basically. ANTEDOTE.
TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
I think that Spiers is over simplifying the social issue of sectarianism in Scotland a great deal in that article. It's horribly depressing that it exists in 2013, but it's not the fault of Sevco Rangers and Celtic that the teenagers he refers to have been indoctrinated with all that shite. It's nice to have a simple answer to a problem like this (it's those bad football clubs), but it is far more complicated than that.
Captain America
Mourinho is down to 1/10 to go back to Chelsea. I'd love to have him back in English football but that means Chelsea will actually be really good again as no doubt he'll get a bazillion $$$ to spend on return as well. Because financial fair play lol.
Adam Easy Wishes
I think Mourinho will get more out of the players that already at Chelsea, too. Certainly more than Rafa ever could - particularly given he's only ever been interim boss (where's the buy-in for the players?). I'd like to see him back in England, he's entertaining, a good manager and would make Chelsea a title-challenging club again - something the league could be doing with. Hate Chelsea, tho, ftr. Captain America
That interview's from 3 years ago... I was reading some Jose articles and that was one of the linked ones. Is that ok? He said it yeah. Still valid, laugh at Liverpool.

Paranoid Android
Jose plus Falcao (stong rumour) at Chelsea would bring loadsa wins. Not sure much more spending than that would be required for the title to be honest. Maybe a couple of squad players. Not sure much more spending than that would be required for the title to be honest. Maybe a couple of squad players. So if Chelsea sign Falcao, who goes? Falcao, Torres, Ba, Lukaku. Too many strikers for a system that only plays with one? Lukaku out on loan again?
Paranoid Android
Torres would almost certainly go I'd imagine.
Adam Easy Wishes
Back to Atletico as part of the deal? Makes sense.
Paranoid Android
Yeah I think that's a possibility. Making his move part of the deal would also help cover the embarrassing drop in his price a little too.
Soda Jerk
Would Atletico want Torres? I know he came from there, but they also probably watch football themselves now and again, and they may have heard that he's total crap now.
Paranoid Android
Depends on whether they convince themselves that back in Spain at the team he supports he will find his old form.
Soda Jerk
Wednesday are destroying Boro. I don't think they've touched the ball yet except to take goal kicks. Staying up!

Soda Jerk
They certainly look like they have nothing to play for. Though a win could push them into the top half.

Soda Jerk
Did anyone watch the Superclasico (Boca/River) tonight? The level of football was toss, but it was just chaos. 13 and a half minutes of stoppage time, due to the fans being lunatics. River boss got sent off, but he couldn't go into the stands, because he would probably have been murdered, so he was escorted away by riot police. Then there was a 10 minute stoppage as fans started climbing the massive fence behind the goal, throwing missiles and attacking the stewards. Riot police with dogs surrounded the edge of the pitch. Deep into the originally alotted 10 minutes of stoppage time (should definitely have been more if all the lost time was accumulated) the Boca fans threw what looked like mild explosives at the River goalkeeper. It looked like the referee was about to abandon the match. The keeper, being a hard bastard. said he was fine to play on, and immediately made a huge save to keep the score at 1-1. The referee sent off a Boca player, infront of the home fans, for a very soft challenge. Place went mental. Full time blew a few minutes later and the referee had to be escorted off the pitch by a swarm of police. The camera angle was wobbly for most of the match, as the Boca fans just bounce the entire game. The place looked as if it was shaking. Just ridiculous, and quite funny how I also watched the Merseyside derby today, which was just awful. No atmosphere, no tension on the pitch or in the stands. Just two completely opposite ends of the spectrum.
