I'm getting flashbacks to a video with a three piece band sitting in a cafe in black and white and the guy singing the lyrics at the table. There was a girl in the band. The card machine was indeed down on that day - cant be helped. And if its who I think it is, he does indeed have a refund now. We cant issue cash for card purchases as is the same anywhere.In the same way that you cant get a refund from One Up after 5.30, we also stop doing refunds at the end of office hours.Online sales will have been refunded automatically by ticketmaster etc.Hope that clears things up a bit.
