It's up there with the best of all the albums I've heard this year. You mean there were actual finished versions of the songs?

Guest Bob
Well no' date=' that's why they were refered to as "demos"[/quote']I know what a demo is - a demo should be as much as possible, a finished version of a song. Otherwise it's a pretty feeble demonstration of your abilities and instead a strong demonstration of your inability to see a project through to completion. If you have to say "Ah well, but it's only a demo" you're wasting my time. I don't intend to debate the semantics of this either.
Marsh
KarFuckinLoff - Self Made MonsterA better produced / recorded / collection of songs you won't hear from last year.

psydoll
I'd have to go with the new popular choice in the thread and vote for Karloff - 'Self-Made Monsters'. Sounds ridiculously powerful and the songs are top notch. Glorious.
RF Scott
Asides from the politik/dedalus split, I haven't heard any "proper" local releases this year.
