Lemonade
I wonder if that pizza was supposed to do that or if it was an accident and they left it in, like Kevin Bacon breaking that window in Stir Of Echoes.
Soda Jerk
I remember reading it happened in one take, but he wasn't expecting the pizza to land so perfectly, and it was supposed to be a bit more messy.

I downvoted this for sheer stupidity, sorry jake. That episode was fantastic. FInally got the chance to watch it last night. I threw one of my dog's toys at my TV at the end when those pickups rolled in. One or two of the triumverate will die before the end. We can be sure of that I think. My money is on Walt actually. Guest E.C
why did you downvote it? he just said that a spoiler that didnt give too much away got him even more excited for watching the episode. i'm sure he was well aware he was taking his life into his own hands when he clicked the thread title. Lemonade
I love Saul. I'll definitely watch this. Also Huell is an asshat. Crumbled under questioning like an out-of-date Rich Tea. Pussy.

kirsten
I was itching to know what happened. I knew if I read anything to ruin it I'd hate myself. But I just needed to read something. I have compiled you a post in advance to read for after next week's and save the risk of spoilers. Here goes: WOW WHAT A GREAT EPISODE I WISH ALL EPISODES WERE THAT GREAT THE BIT WHERE THE BAD THING HAPPENED WAS SCARY BUT THEN WHAT A TWIST! (You can bookmark this.) Lemonade
Started a Curb Your Enthusiasm re-watch tonight, imagine my surprise when Saul Goodman showed up as a porn star in episode 3.
Oedo 808
Check out "Mr Show" for more stuff with Bob Odenkirk (Saul). Like Walt's tape blaming Hank for everything that happened. A bit of simple police work would prove pretty quickly that he was talking bollocks, You think? Walt wasn't trying to make an iron clad case or prove any of his accusations. What fucks Hank is the familial relation and the money. For a DEA policeman that kind of suspicion must surely be a career killer.

kirsten
The hour-long Vince Gilligan interview from the Edinburgh TV Festival is online now It's good. I had to leave ten minutes from the end so am going to make up for it by watching the whole thing again, mainly because I like the way he says "bad".
Paranoid Android
I'll give it a go but based on previous interviews I've seen with him an hour might be a bit much. I don't like his voice.
Soda Jerk
BTW, the Saul spin-off will be complete dogshit boring. It could be bad. Spinoffs rarely prosper. Odenkirk is great, so he alone may make it good. And Huell, obviously. An equally good spinoff would be "Badger depicts outrageous Sci-fi premises" Edited September 13, 2013 by Joda Serk
