O'Driscoll is one of the most progressive managers in English football. I first encountered his brand of football when we were in the Championship and came up against his Doncaster side. If Forest had given him a year or two he'd have got them promoted, playing beautiful football, and pundits would be bumming him the way they do Brendan Rodgers.I hope he gets a job with a decent Championship side and completely smashes Forest.
