Flights
I really want a decent volume pedal. I'm torn between an Ernie Ball 6166 VPand the Fender Classic one. When I sold colb my Vox amp I had a blast of his Eventide Space pedal. I want one so badly. Old Gold
Hah, really? That would have totally put the clamps on ordering up the Verellen. No regrets.
colb
Just updated the software on the space, it does this now: Pedalboard now full to overflowing, think i'm gonna have to lose the old big muff to make some room - any recommendations for a similar type fuzz in a smaller box? Tried the Zvex Fuzz Factory at the weekend but it was a bit too wild for me..............
Flights
Just buy another board Dunno about a similar pedal in a smaller box though. Plenty of handmade Muff clones floating about on the net. North Effects do some of the older ones in smaller boxes. I pretty much just want your pedal board colb
colb
It's got more on it since last time you had a go. Tim pedal arrived from the states, got another delay - running it in front of the overdrives/distortions (against all logic but it sounds amazing for shoegazey type tones) and put a phaser in - just in case I ever go Van Halen................ colb
Bought that Guitar Tech Analogue Delay off Bluestraveler - running it into the Tim with the repeats cranked up makes an amazing feedback-y type drone............if I could work out how to add a photo i'd put it up here, it's cramped but it's a feckin' good looking board!!Good tip on the North Effects - the Green Russian looks the part. Flights
Man I'm jealous of your setup.I won an 80's phaser of ebay on friday night which has cured my phaser based urges. What kinda pedal board do you have colb? Is it a Pedaltrain?
colb
Yeah, not sure which one it is - think it's a 2. I bought it off a dude on here about a year ago. Phasers are mint - all pedals are magic if i'm honest! So many more that I want but have no room for - Boss Slicer and Rotary Ensemble, Zvex seekwah, rotovibe - the list is endless. If I keep going i'll end up like this though: Only 1% of the talent unfortunately..................

Bigsby
Those Squier jags and jms are out in the states. They look amazing and will be 255 here. Can't decide between surf green jaguar or sonic blue jazzmaster.

MikeyEB
This look like it would be right up MikeyEB's street.Sadly it's humbuckers on this version. I am not in favour of bridge humbuckers one bit. GADS.
Flaneur
There is a problem with these beautiful La Cabronita Teles...............No tone control- what's that about? All form, no function...........(a concentric pot will fix this, for a tenner- so it's not a deal breaking issue)
Soda Jerk
Don't those mini-buckers have all kinds of TWANG due to narrower coils windings? No need for a tone knob either. I always have tone. I don't need a knob to tell me I do.

Bigsby
They are not mini buckers, they are Filtertrons, albeit a cheap Fender version. I played the more expensive Telebration version the other day. Amazing. If these Mexicans come close then the Squier is off the gas list and I'll be getting the Cabronita. keeno
Coil tap? It seems like no one else likes them Then again I would never buy an instrument with a bridge single coil so it is one of the few solutions to getting that sound. The custom which has a single coil in the neck is still getting the bridge humbucker tapped though! Will be my first experience of a decent proper single coil though so maybe it will change my mind. Ross G
I want a high gain bridge pickup for my Les Paul, but don't know what to get.Thought about a Bare Knuckle Warpig... then thought about an EMG81 but not sure if I want to go down the active route.
