I can't remember.I just had it on a muffin. It was bliss. I also got massive porcelain model of a Marmite jar for Christmas to keep the big kitchen utensils in. It looks boss. Now I'm old I've found that a lot of things I didn't like when I was younger, I now do like since my taste buds have matured, so I tried Marmite again a few weeks ago.
