The unofficial Ah-nee thread!

Recommended Posts

I was just settling down to watch a bit of True Lies and realised there's a lack of Schwarzenegger on these forums.

So, for a start, what's your favourite/most hated Arnie film? What's your favourite Arnie catchphrase?

"shoo-ah, heees my invitation!"

How can you argue with Commando's "Let off some steam, Bennett" (After ramming him through a hot pipe) or "Don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired" (After breaking a guy's neck on the plane)?

Also, the fact that he's called 'John Matrix' just PWNS!

Edit: I guess the running man has a few noteworthy one-liners.

"You cold-blooded bastard, I'll tell you what I think, I'll live to see you eat that contract! But I hope you leave enough room for my fist, because I'm going to ram it into your stomach and break your goddamn SPINE!!"

Nigga stole Ahnie's bike!

Predator's my favouite Arnie movie, Last Action Hero comes a close second just because of the cheese factor!

The Sixth Day ain't all that hot imho.

Depatching one of the bad guys over a cliff in Commando 'I had to let hin go.'

Anything he says after dispatching a villain in Running Man; all of Total Recall.

The man speaks the truth. One of the greatest days of my life was getting in to Total Recall at the Odeon aged 12 (Certificate 18 mofos!).

I live and breathe Ahn.

Yesterday I recieved my Running Man t-shirt and Total Recall poster, I speak like him 95% of the time at Uni, and 25% of the time at home and spend 7 hours a day working on my bowsing routine.

My biggest regret in life if the complete lack of updates for Season 2 of www.ahneecamics.com, but I just don't have the time with all the other Ahn activities.

PS. The only bad film Arnold has ever been in is Collateral Damage. Wtfahn

Favourite Ahnholt saying...?

Predator when he asks the General why he's called in Dutch's Special team and not the "Regular Army"....

"Why aaazzzzzz, why not call thee regu-larmy?"

I think my favourite is Eraser (You luggage!) but True Lies and Commando too...

And - omfg! - I think Collateral Damage is a great film! A while I go I did reviews of some of them and I see I gave it a 4/5 and the best part was "The killing of the bad guy with a swirling axe." I.. .can't remember what that was but it must have been good. And he pwns the conniving bitch at the end.

Surely one of Arnie's best catchphrases comes not from any of his films, but from the alledged incident in his trailer on the set of 1996's Eraser, in which two colleagues entered to discover the future Guv'nor with his tounge in the ladyflaps of a woman who was not his wife:

"Eating is not cheating!"

Wouldn't that make him The Vaginator?

Sorry, Arnie "borrowed" that one.

© the great Kinky Friedman from his classic song, "Waitret, Please Waitret, Come Sit on my Face", released 1974.

Well, I pulled into Dallas on a cold december day

Bought coffee and a doughnut at the greasy spoon cafe,

Spied me a pretty young waitret standing by her tray,

But she couldnt believe her sweet young ears when the waitret heard me say:

Oh, waitret, please, waitret, come sit down on my fate,

Eatin aint cheatin, lord it aint no disgrace.

Oh, bring me a lone star, make it a case

And waitret, please, waitret, come sit down on my fate.

Well, I walked up to the jukebox feeling kind of mean,

The waitret said, hey, stupid, thats a cigarette machine!

well, look-a here, young waitret, would you care to make a bet,

And if that there aint a jukebox, you can smoke my cigarette!

Oh, waitret, please, waitret, come sit down on my fate,

Eatin aint cheatin, lord it aint no disgrace.

Oh, bring me a lone star, make it a case

And waitret, please, waitret, come sit down on my fate.

Youre the prettiest thing in dallat, is dallat your home ?

No, I come all the way from houton and I feel so all alone.

I used to live in autin then I come up to big d

In hopes to get my big break on national tv.

Honey, I think I have what it takes to make you a star but first ...

Oh, waitret, please, waitret, come sit down on my fate,

Eatin aint cheatin, lord it aint no disgrace.

Oh, bring me a lone star, make it a case

And waitret, please, waitret, come sit down on my fate.
