tunnels/drummonds both used to let you put up gig posters from other venues, im not 100% sure why this stopped, but i presume it was because of other promoters and venues taking teh piss and taking down posters. it is a bit of a shame, there are obvious benifits to all venues having posters up in eachothers space, and in theory it would help EVERYONE.

we've got a huge plum tree in our garden, we cant use the things up fast enough! same with rhubarb, grows like wildfire

I thought the 3 parts put together were fucking brilliant! You can't expect red dwarf to ever be more serious than "we woke up and it was all a dream" but it was funny, and surprisingly entertaining so many years on, im all for a new series!

it wasn't BRILLIANT, but probably due to my low expectations wasn't terrible either! I still think the best episode was in season 5; Quarantine! possibly the best episode of any tv show ever, every time i watch it i laugh so hard it hurts

I've been in the situation where a photographer has pissed me off no end at a gig by standing up all the time ect... so on teh rare ocasion i am taking photos at a gig, i try to stay to teh sides and stay low, it is better for the crowd and generally gives you better angles (no mic's in faces ect) The moshulu barriers at least used to be really easy to bend down and lean on and was never a problem unless you caught your leg on the one spikey bit, that hurt!

best birthday was my 18th... que'd up outside the casino with a few mates and my sister, waited till it hit midnight, the reception guy sorted us out a free bottle of bubbly and i somehow won a few hundred quid on blackjack... continued drinking all day then saw and met avril lavagne while smashed. was a pretty good birthday!
