Went to the same school as my Dad, but 10 years earlier.He switched on Batley's incredibly underwhelming Christmas lights on year when I was a nipper. I didn't know who he was. Good times. Guest Cool Thinker Posted October 6, 2012 Report Share Posted October 6, 2012 The regulations now seem to be that you have to make everywhere disabled friendly and I think that is why the unit is empty, if the trinity centre added a lift to it then they might have a chance at leasing it, the views are good so would be good if it was used as a restaurant again and that was my point even though the pizza hut in Union Square is the same it just does not feel the same because the view is gone. Would be interesting to see if there was anything still there or if they took everything with them like a bunch of cheap pirates well they took the sign even though they no longer use the logo.There is a lack of pictures of the place on the internet this is all I have left of this brilliant place.
