I love the image of Cool Thinker going on holiday to look at other shopping centres. Maybe bobbing around in a bobble hat with a little flask sticking out of the top pocket of his dungarees.

Bit random putting this http://www.comparestoreprices.co.uk/images/pe/peter-storm-boy-bobble-hat.jpg and this http://imgs.yoox.biz/54/54109227_2.jpg together.

why have you left out Aberdeen Buttery Company and Aberdeen Journals?

Because the buttery company is a company not a shop/restaurant and the Aberdeen Journals shop is already closed.
