ok so as my part in volunteering in now doing like a personal training thing as the place just invested a few grand in a gym. just wanted to know, what essential in your work out routine?

 

p.s masturbation is not a work out!

 

Aren't these people on death's door or something?  I like the idea of you pushing some old guy to bench 50kg.

 

I do 100kg, but I'm about as strong as a folk hero.

The guy is in great health but few years back he took a bad fall and broke his knee cap badly and its never healed properly. So my task is to strengthen his legs back up again and try get him out his walking stick. And possibly get him into a sport i have a lot of contacts in both tennis and badminton so either of them to help him. As bowls is not a sport in my eye
