I did some keepie-uppies tonight. It stretched my torn hamstring. There was pain.

I threw a football tonight. It stretched my torn hamstring. There was pain.

I passed a football tonight. It stretched my hamstring. There was pain.

Tip to you all. Don't tear a hamstring.

There seems to be a lot of injuries in this thread. Is it a rough game or do you just not warm up and stretch?

Not a rough game at all although I don't seem to be able to make it through a whole match without getting some sort of knack, either by standing on my own foot when trying to change direction at 'pace' and turning my ankle or by kicking the ground instead of the ball and smashing my big toe up.
