Guest idol_wild
The millions and millions we get for Chrissy Mag should be enough. He'll finance the new stadium with his transfer fee, apparently.

Paranoid Android
Entertaining second half. Shame Howard had to gift Liverpool that penalty.

ca_gere
All the Spurs v Man Utd game is lacking is goals, hope I tempt fate!great nil-nil game regardless. Vidic is immense and spurs are just so good to watch.
Paranoid Android
Good game but I want goals!I'm going out in a few minutes and I expect them to come along as soon as I stop watching.Vidic has been ace today. The way this season has been I wouldn't be surprised if Utd nick it. It would be harsh on Spurs though.Oh! RED CARD! Spurs have to go for it now.But I have to leave to go to Camp Nou

Christy
Man U - Tottenham was a shocking game of fitba. no quality at all. Neither side looked capable of stringing anything together.

Jeanette
I thought the Man Utd - Spurs game was quite boring. I think the lack of goals didn't help. It was a bit like watching tennis, backwards and forwards, backwards and forwards. Liverpool - Everton was more exciting but I think that was because of the goals! Scorge
Oh, and PS:I've just picked up a copy of 'All In The Game' dirt cheap on Ebay. There's at least one classic Ray Winstone 'faaackin' caaant' style rant, the type you just can't put a price on. Yas!

Christy
For the pedigree of teams involved, the general inability to find a team-mate with a pass was really disappointing. Both teams showed some Sunday Welfare first touches.
Paranoid Android
Aww...Diddums.Oi you removed my second smiley from the quote! Are you a tabloid journo? Such flagrant misquoting. Spurs - United was a very good 0-0. Very tense and exciting. Barca were superb at times (no changer there) tonight, got a bit sloppy in the second half but it was all over by then. Adam Easy Wishes
Rumour has it Villa have had an 18 million bid for Darren Bent accepted by Sunderland. A bit of an odd one, really.I like the transfer window, but I prefer deadline day where everyone starts SWOOPING about.
Woodsinho
Apparently he put in a transfer request, it was accepted and suddenly Villa were on the phone throwing money at Sunderland.
delboy
The Daily Mail reckon 24 Million for Bent, trust them to bump up the price! He's not worth that, I really can see Villa going down with Houllier in charge!
