We're constantly reminded that we are not entitled to any personal time whatsoever and we are not permitted to leave the call centre floor unless it's an emergency, and even then only with permission from a manager. Also a good idea to join general discussion groups about your industry/area of expertise (I have joined but never contribute), and there are job boards too I think if you are actively looking for something.Sounds like something I might sign up for.
