This way your family pubs, chain pubs and restaurants would probably be all non-smoking, and your old-man pubs and gigging bars could still be smoking if they wanted to. Dogs don't have the intelligence to do this so it's up to the owner to clean it up. Rabbits are cuddly and so have the right to shit wherever they damn well like. Seagulls should be forced to clean up their own poop and buy their own tuna baguettes, that cost me 1.90. I seen a gull eating a whole pigeon on Union street the other day. And when they die, they say "oh he was a smoker, that's another person dead because of smoking". They miss out the fact he was a useless fat bastard, who ate junk and drank like a fish.
