Panda Strong
Remember Remember s/t from Mono yesterday. Pretty decent like - the stuff sounds a million times better on record that live. I can hear about another 7 different bands throughout the whole thing...but i guess that's not a bad thing. There's some filler as well though; parts that seem to just drag on and it could easily have been shorter. I also don't like the separation of Fountain Mountain either. Oh, and i still don't like that Genie song even with piano. Still, great listen!

Guest
I bought these over the weekend:Elbow - Seldom seen kidFleet Foxes - s/tGirls Aloud - tangles up (for 3!)Squarepusher - Just a souvenirTalking Heads - 77 (for 3)Talking Heads - Fear of music (for 3)Which is all fine and well except that I forgot that I'd order the Elbow and Fleet Foxes album off amazon - they promptly arrived on my desk this morning. They're kinda going spare so if anyone would like both for a fiver, then give me a shout (that's about half prices considering they're both about a fiver in the sales just now). They're mint condition... still in their plastic and have never been played.

And The Eraser by Thom Yorke? (be good if it was an Erasure covers album, though). You're going to have the best time ever with the Owls, Hot Club and Boris albums!I bought 'Love Is Overtaking Me' by Arthur Russell yesterday, having been reminded of him recently I thought I should start listening to the albums of his I've not heard yet (that is, everything apart from World of Echo).
