  1. Hi. Has anyone out there get an insurance company they can recommend which would insure my music gear? I think my house insurance only covers the stuff in my 'house'. thanks.

  4. Pogoing is bad for you. The Guru will be in a leg plaster for 8 weeks due to pogoing too much at yesterdays gig in Mintlaw;(. It was a good night for the new singer John. the new songs went down well with the crowd.

  10. I would just leave it as is. Guitars get chips/dings etc, in fact some people pay to get this done for them! My son fell through the top of my USA Ovation last week, cracking it in 3 places....ho-hum! He did offer to pay for it with this pocket money...bless him;) On the subject of chipped/worn guitars etc....does anybody else think the 'relic' guitar in Bruce M is the worst example of a relic guitar ever, or is it just me?

  12. Defiance have had to pull out due to work requirements.
  13. I've not done this with a 4x12, but I have with a 2x12. You need to take the back off then take the front out of the back of the cab if you know what I mean. There might be a few screws holding the front in place though, so these also need removed...from th eback. I hope this helps you

  15. The Red Cortinas will be playing, along with the great young Broch band 'The Defiance' They are playing at the Pitfour Hotel in Mintlaw on 26th August. Both bands will be playing a varied selection of popular covers. From the Who, Kinks, Zep, Hendrix, Greenday, Sex Pstols, etc. etc First band will be on around 9.30. Admission - We like to have a good time.
