Chris Posted January 1, 2005 Report Share Posted January 1, 2005 If anyone saw the Jump London programme last year you may be interested to know that there's a follow up programme being shown on thursday on channel 4.In this one they are going to free run across various sites in the UK including Edinburgh castle and the forth rail bridge. So should be worth watching.If you didn't see the previous programme last year you can get an idea about parkour/free running from the following link: http://www.urbanfreeflow.comIt's awe inspiring to see these guys jumping, rolling and vaulting off walls and stairs.
