TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
I've been really enjoying "Shriek" by Wye Oak. A definite progression in sound from the first record, and not one that I was expecting. Has anyone else been listening? I'd imagine Karma Tsunami, Kirsten, 'Noid 'Roid & Mr Owl phd would be fans. Yeah, it's good and some of the tunes are belters. I still think maybe Civilian has more great songs on it though. I should be seeing them in a month or so, which I'm looking forward to. Soda Jerk
Been digging a lot of japanese math-rock recently. Stumbled across this band whilst digging for new stuff. It's not really that mathy. It's just goddamn j-poptastic.
Woodsinho
Tricot are so goshdarn good. The best combo of magic riffs and dreamy vocals.
Soda Jerk
They are great. They have a new EP out recently, which is righteous. Japan has the best silly math rock. This lot are my favourite of the stuff I've found recentlyhttp://nuito.bandcamp.com/album/unutella

waltz
A band called Dads. Was browsing bandcamp and liked the album artwork for 'American Radass (this is important)'. Really cool stuff, quite Kinsellas-y.
