Moose
At least #45 is 4+5=9, which is Mario's natural number. I think you guys are absolutely mental with your squad number chat sometimes. A striker wearing #2 is pretty dumb, but there are much better football things to moan about, like Liverpool and Danny Simpson.No.
Lemonade
I thought you were Millwall til you die now?I like picking teams to follow for no real reason. I'm determind to go to a St. Pauli game this season in the new year, for the sausage train, and the hookers, and maybe the football.HE'S A WITCH!!Oh yeah! Millwall til I die. I have actually made a point of recording the Football League show every week so I can watch Millwall lose. Sadly my shirt got ruined tho:In the Prem this season I'm all about Arsenal for some reason.

Soda Jerk
To be fair, I have an equally irrational dislike of brightly coloured boots. To hell with brightly coloured boots. What's wrong with Copa Mundials?Right on. I was looking at that Obscure 90's Footballers facebook page, seeing all those glorious clumpy back boots, with soles made of concrete and laces half a mile long. Class. Soda Jerk
Video is amazing though. I love the bit where Alan is visiting her home town, walking down the black steps to the field of hay.

delboy
A nice refreshing start to the fortunes of my beloved Cambridge United this season, no win in four after last nights plucky 3-2 defeat at Luton Town. Usually we do quite well till Christmas then go really crap in Jan/Feb/March to extinguish any play off hopes bar in 2008 and 2009 when we made the play off final. We did ok last night against the biggest club in the division but still another defeat! So Michael 'I still got it, really I have in my own mind' Owen has signed for Stoke, Lolpool will be gutted... Heskey still available though!
Adam Easy Wishes
I think Owen will do pretty well at Stoke. Ten goals this season.
The Milner
If he plays 10 minutes it will be a success story. He is still one of the best penalty box players in England, just a shame he almost always gets injured whilst trying to get into the box.

delboy
as long as Owen doesn't fall over a blade of grass slightly too big and get injured, I have no doubt he can score goals for Stoke, I do think even though he is pushing 33 he can still score goals in the premier league. Lemonade
If Owen can get a run of games in and actually achieve full match fitness he could be a great signing. However the fact that he hasn't managed to do that in about 8 seasons suggests it's not likely.
delboy
then again he has not played for a bunch of also rans like Stoke ever.... well maybe Newcastle when he helped them get relegated but not sure how many games he played that season.... he has not started a premier league game for two years. damn shame though cos he was such an amazing player in his day but I really think his major mistake was leaving lolpool.... Sam 45
I'm gonna guess 1 premier league goal, probably in his first game.
FOX
Stoke are a good team - a good enough team that I honestly think Owen will struggle to make the first XI.
delboy
reckon he might get 10 most of them in his first 8 appearances but Stoke will still get relegated and he will have to scoff some humble pie and drop to the championship and eat some humble pie!
