Guest Young Adolesent
Top probably won't be strong enough for a bigsby if it's a proper thinline. should be fine. Its only hollow on the side with the f hole. The rest is solid
Soda Jerk
Bigsby's look terrible on Tele's I disagree. I actually think a Trem-equipped Tele looks better than a plain, standard Tele.

Soda Jerk
Shouldn't that be "False"?
Soda Jerk
Not too sure about the pick guard but the body is lush! The guard looks like chocolate. It's pretty grim. The body is mint though. Looks like it's been tied to the back of a car and dragged down a motorway, and then set on fire.

Looks like it's been tied to the back of a car and dragged down a motorway, and then set on fire. Leather pickguards are sadly fashionable amongst the dressier country players........... Pinecasters are the business, though. Some of the stuff coming out of old barns and such is very dry and dense- popular with builders like Ron Kirn, from Florida. There's a very long history of making Tele bodies out of pine (and of putting Bigsby Trems on them).
neepheid
Once again, the bass content of this thread has decreased to unsatisfactory levels. Allow me to present the Fender Cabronita Precision Bass. This is what having a couple of hours to kill in Glasgow gets you

keeno
I'll add some more bass then. Here are my 2 recent acquisitions I've also got these waiting for me when I get home.My custom is also back with me after a full service. Now plays as good as it looks. I'll get a photo of it all when I get home in a few days. It's also worth pointing out I didn't want the IRT15H. I wanted the studio. However got a good deal on that and the maxon. I'll probably keep it for a while and switch to the studio version when I have the money to upgrade. The 2 extra channels are calling me...

keeno
The fretboard on that neck looks so swish. That's the look I was going for Here is the back It's a chambered mahogany body with kevazingo top. 3pc unfinished wenge neck (amazing to play) with zebrawood fretboard. Sperzel tuners, fixed bridge with graphtech saddles and a bareknuckle aftermath in the bridge and bareknuckle trilogy suite in the neck. Aftermath is tappable with a push/pull on the volume knob. Tone knobs are for losers. It really is so light and resonant. I love it. Best playing and sounding guitar I own. If you want a shot give me a shout. I just need to save up to get a 7 string version made! Now that I have my two RGA121's (I may need to sell one due to money woes ) I'm planning on stripping one, staining it purple and whacking some lace pickups in. Probably a deathbucker and alumitone humbucker. Mockup attached. Although for lulz I may opt for some BLINGBUCKERS.

Soda Jerk
KarmaFX Tubescreamer clone arrived today. Haven't had chance to blast it loud, but sounds great driving the crunch channel on my THR10. It has a mega-bass-boost switch which makes it sound like a an old fuzz pedal with disgusting decay. I probably won't use that. Sounds grand as standard, but has another toggle to add a bit more saturation for chunky, tight bottom end. Huge chugs.
