How come this gig is free Christopher?? Trying to pack the place out, maybe a few A and Rs coming along? ;)

PS. I can't go...gay.

you can't go gay? are you sure? i've already heard the rumours, samuel.

A and Arse mair like. we just wanted to make our first 'headline' aberdeen show an event, ken? so we got the best possible lineup (Beck was unavailable). and it's free because big Rab and Jamesy at moshooloo do anything we tell them to. honest.

The Little Kicks

EP3

(Little Kicks)

It's an interesting fact that 'The Little Kicks' was the title of the 138th

episode of Seinfeld, the one where Elaine embarrassed herself by dancing at

an office party. Whether the band of the same name are aware of this or not

is another matter entirely, but their Smiths-influenced, Franz-style art-pop

is certainly eminently danceable. 'Who Do You Love?' provides the emotional

highpoint, but from the first chords of 'Don't Give Up So Easily' it's clear

that this band are here to stay. Having supported the likes of The Rakes,

Editors and Morning Runner over the past couple of years, the Aberdeen

four-piece are sounding bright, bouncy and well-polished. If only they'd

been able to think of a better title.

Please come along and spread the love. It's a brilliant lineup, and there are drinks promos available. Age 14+ for entry.
