Alkaline
Why don't you think there's much chance of that?Because unless Jamesy is holding a date for the 4th of September, their UK tour ends in Glasgow on the 3rd....

Guest idol_wild
Don't think theres much chance of that' date=' but it would be pretty sweet if they did nonetheless.[/quote']Apparently they've never even been asked to play Aberdeen before. They said they'd do it if it worked for them. So, y'know...
Alkaline
Are they splitting up after the tour then? No, but as they are a 'supergroup' of sorts they all have other commitments with their 'main' bands and they don't tour the uk as 'Broken Social Scene' very often because of that. There's a good chance that any band would consider playing here i guess depending on circumstances, but as i said unless Jamesy's holding a date they won't be playing here in the close future. Never say never. I've heard plenty of people say before that Muse would never come back to Aberdeen after the Glow 303 gig and that's happening.
