  1. http://aberdeen.stv.tv/articles/315582-katy-b-pendulum-and-sasha-headline-enjoy-music-in-aberdeen-on-july-25/ This is fine and all, but have any Aberdeen promoters/bands/organisations been asked about this? Seems like it'd be a big opportunity for new local bands/artists, a la Big Beach Ball (to an extent). Anyone know more about it? Or do you have a really hot take on the whole thing?
  2. Quick question: Why does yer Da scream "I PITY THE FOOL" when he spunks? 1. It's a really old reference 2. Totally ruins it
  3. I was going to let that one develop but I felt really bad because I like the two of you.
  4. lol April Fool I'm so sorry.
  5. I've just been appointed as a features writer for the New York Times. I move over next month. I can't even describe how I feel right now.
  6. The Funky Muchachos - Coronation Street Theme
  7. Refused - The Shape of Punk to Come
  8. I would never follow Eupraxia by accident, only by desire. And I have a lot of desire.
  9. I'm still deciding if footballers being on twitter is a good thing or not. For every pearl from the hands of Southall, there's someone like Ross Barkley going "big win for the lads, delighted with the points #TOFFEES". They're either chronically dull, or completely bizarre. Then there's Xabi Alonso, who now and then puts up his favourite Pavement songs. I love Xabi Alonso.
  10. I did, and really liked it. Thanks again, although you've outed me as a n00b, and I don't wish to get 'pwn3d' online
  11. this methodology brought me a fantastic 50%
  12. I just find it really weird that they're a seminal band who have inspired swathes of what I'm into now, and I never thought to listen to Bandwagonesque in full before. I'm an idiot of whopping proportions
  13. I've only got into Teenage Fanclub super-recently. I'm 23 years old, and I'm meant to be a music critic/indie-schmindie bass-lord.
  14. Is anyone else delighted that racism and paedophilia don't exist any more?
  15. Sorry, guys Why did no-one pick up on this comment?
  16. Action Bronson? Ghostface Killah? I think it needs to be someone of that caliber. Having an American rapper host Top Gear would give the Daily Mail crowd stomach ulcers.
  17. Richard Blackwood is the answer.
  18. 14. I hope they make more of these, I enjoyed that
  19. I, too, am enjoying this Kendrick album. EDIT: WHY DO I LIKE IT?! It just strives to be timeless. It'd be so easy to go for trappy textures, as is fashionable, but the production is lush. I will decide how much I like this and then I might say more. How exciting.
  20. This is the best thing I've ever read
