I was just tootling about online when I noticed one name kept coming up in the notifications as 'xxx has killed ...', 'xxx has killed ...' heaps of times, so it was clear that this one twat was just going round killing everyone he could find. So I found him, rammed him, and he got out of his car and tried to get in mine. But just as he climbed in, I sped off with him in the car, and took him for a drive, over every jump I could find. Eventually I went off a cliff onto the beach and he jumped out in mid-air. I landed safely to see the message 'xxx died'. He wasn't best pleased. Lovely. Simple pleasures.

Why? It was not a quick question. It was an important discussion to be had with many varying and equally valid opinions which deserved to be aired. The place for such a debate is not in the 'Quick Questions' thread. (W&J Graham's Late Bottled Vintage 2008, btw)

Calm down. No-one refused to change your name, Neil asked you if you were sure, and he's waiting for a reply from you. No-one's blaming anyone or showing preference for anyone over anyone else. But quite a few threads have been veering off course into irrelevant pish lately, and it's our job to stop that, otherwise they just become unreadable. Like I said, no drama, but it doesn't hurt to just have a little think before you post, and consider whether you're contributing to a thread, or putting others off.

I deleted some posts, as i felt the discussion veered into pish that wasn't much fun to wade through. I steered away from pish, back to pet hates. No drama, just keeping it on topic.
