Simple solution...don't buy the tickets. The bands will either stop playing live (showing their true colours, ie only in it for the fucking bucks) or stop with the wanky stage shows and charge realistic ticket prices and stop treating everyone like fucking mugs. You need to vote with your feet...needs more than 1 or 2 like minded people though....

EZDrummer, despite its cheesey name, has a great sound "out of the box", its cheaper than most drum machines, has loads of patterns (although I've found no use for any) and is easy to manipulate (assigning drums to seperate channels etc..useful for replacing the standard set of sounds (of which there aren't much) with sample). The samples are a bit on the processed side, but this means you don't have to waste time trying to mix it all together, fire it up, get some patterns going, and you're off. The bigger brother of this program is DFH Superior which I haven't seen before but looks like its the darts...I need a new hard drive before I can think of looking into getting it as it's library is about 40 gig...EZ's is only at 1.5 gig.... Save time...

The soldering isn't the hard part, its getting the wire out the f-hole, soldering the pot and getting it back in through the fhole then out the cavity again without ripping the wire....just buy a cover and chisel into the back of your prize possession, make the repair, and cover it up once done

The circles wouldn't work on a properly screened vinyl sticker unless you posterize the image to two colours, as those gradients would require to be halftoned, which at the usual resolution of a proper vinyl sticker (about 55dpi) would look awful. I've flattened it in photoshop and it looks ok without the gradient effect. Of course if you're printing straight off a laser printer it might turn out ok, but vinyl stickers are the way to go, they last yeeears... Point aside, it looks ok to me ?(

You're talking about these guitars as if they are cars....they're paid for, besides a few sets of strings every now and then, thats the only costs you have to worry about! I'll be biased cos my guitars are all worth fuck-all and are so damaged (scratched, chipped, rusted, scratchy pots etc) that no one would pay decent money for them, so matter how hard times were, I'd never part with a guitar. I don't understand the owning two Les Paul's (unless they were identically set up!), so sell them both and buy one super guitar!

Genius!!! To be honest I never really thought much about him until watching the extras on the Charlie and the chocolate factory DVD, just hearing how he got the music together for that, sounds so much fun, all of it paid off cos the soundtrack is excellent...underrated genius fo' sho'....
