psydoll
Robbie Williams and Missy Elliot are probably the least deserving members on that list but I don't think I could have too many gripes with any of the others going in.Like to see Prodigy in there though
Guest onlynik
Nirvana, I would say
delboy
i'm gonna stick me neck out here and go for blur, whilst Oasis and Radiohead may have had more overall effect and influence, i think Blur made some consistantly different yet brilliant records during the 90's...... Guest allsystemsfail
Caught most of this show yesterday, and I gotta say I was kinda stunned to see Rollins digging the Spice Girls.
allstardawn
The spice girls.nah but really though, radiohead get my vote hands-down.. probably because they are the most influential/talented out of that lot.. although it'll probably be oasis who go through

bryn
Blur were the most interesting band on it, but I would say Nirvana are the most influential.

psydoll
And the Prodigy? What the fuck? An uninspiring dance act who made one album with four decent tunes on it. Media buzz doth not a legend make.I'm mildly confused - which album ?(As far as I'm concerned Prodigy have 4 great albums moving on from raveish stuff to a darker level altogether to two slightly more commercial albums perhaps but that still had that huge breakbeat thang to them that Howlett does so well. In British music on that level and in vaguely that genre I'd only put The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Leftfield, Bassment Jaxx and maybe Fatboy Slim up there with them...*On the uninspiring note they're the act that got me into all things electronica thanks to their 'Experience' album so they can't be all bad *I bet I've missed someone out
R.Borlax
the ultimate prodigy experience is fucking brilliant but i would have exchanged 2 remixes on that album for the originals
delboy
i think your way off the mark regarding the prodigy, when they burst on the scene in 1991 they had a huge hand in getting underground acts out there into the mainstream, although howlett was responsible for opening a can of worms by having a hit single with childrens safety film sample (charly), at the time it was a vibrant and exciting record, the likes of which hadnt hit the charts before and i think the record stills holds up well today.i really cannot see what dr dre has done full stop, care to educate me please?
