Skacel
I have just inquired about when replica tops will be available. I see a Heskey situation coming on.Might have to get one too. Do you still have the Metrostars top? They were a great team!
Adam Easy Wishes
Have I missed something or have they reduced the length of time they have the SPL highlights on BBC's website? Used to be able to watch it on a Monday and now no more! All highlights are here:http://www.youtube.com/user/splofficial
FOX
You get the feeling Newcastle Jets fans are being misled...Newcastle are a decent enough team as it is to be honest. The A-League's football quality is utter toss so he'll probably fit right in.

TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
Darren Mackie - Future reading champion of Phoenix, AZ.Some quick googling has revealed to me that Phoenix FC (The Wolves, rarr!) are a 3rd division American side. Sort of like the Rangers of America I guess.
Scootray
Are they not a brand new team?
Soda Jerk
Some quick googling has revealed to me that Phoenix FC (The Wolves, rarr!) are a 3rd division American side. Sort of like the Rangers of America I guess. If only. US football pyramids don't allow promotion and relegation. Imagine if Rangers could never get promoted ever again? It's like a magical dream.Their current boss is former Montrose boss David Robertson, so he might have actually seen Mackie play a couple of times before signing him. No excuse for that. Robertson played for Aberdeen as well didn't he? I know he played for DIRTY LEEDS at some point too.
Lemonade
I thought Phoenix were the Cardinals or Timberwolves or something. Or is that basketball or NFL or hockey?
Soda Jerk
In USA's 3rd tier, Mackie will also be up against other top British footballing talent like former Wednesday midfield marshall James O'Connor, once dubbed the Irish Paul Scholes, whereby the comparisons start and end by them both having ginger hair. James O'Connor can tackle, for a start.

Surely someone has stepped in and sorted this out, Darren Fletcher maybe? Martin O'Neil?
Adam Easy Wishes
I wonder who made the call. Surely someone has stepped in and sorted this out, Darren Fletcher maybe? Martin O'Neil?Doesn't matter - it's done now and we finally have an in-form and experienced striker in the side.Hopefully McFadden and Gordon (when fit) get clubs where they'll play every week and get back in contention too. The Milner
Kenny Miller has always been in the squad..........I very much doubt we will ever see McFadden in a Scotland shirt again, Gordon probably.

The Milner
He isnt fit from what i read, he also said he wont go asking for a contract anywhere until he thinks he is fit enough to play.
Lemonade
Still can't believe Craig Gordon is without a club.I was reading on the BBC this morning that he's still struggling with a knee injury. He said he's going to try to recover from that and get fully fit before he starts looking for a club. I think he would probably be a bit of a risk for a lot of clubs - he's had a lot of injuries - so they would probably want to make sure he's fully fit before offering him anything. Adam Easy Wishes
He isnt fit from what i read, he also said he wont go asking for a contract anywhere until he thinks he is fit enough to play.Yeah, this. He was a guest on Sportscene on Sunday and said that his focus is on getting fit first and foremost, then he will start looking for a club.Good attitude IMO.
