Paranoid Android
Searching for this thread I was shocked to see I had made the last post. And such a little bitchy comment too!Anyway.
TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
That cover is not good.
Graham
All Weezer covers are the same. They pretty much copy the original note for note and the only bit of weezer added is River's voice.
Paranoid Android
And his voice really isn't well suited to the song.
Lemonade
There's a bizarre cover of Coldplay's Viva La Vida at the end of Hurley. It's, er.... interesting.
Graham
The Viva La Vida cover came on my mp3 player when I was listening to Weezer songs on shuffle. Deleted it as soon as I got home so I would never have to hear it again. If they had tried to make it sound like Weezer it might of worked or been interesting but it just sounded like River's doing karaoke. FOX
I hate Weezer. Like really hate them. I don't know why. Might blame this.

Guest
Weezer are totally abysmally shit, aside from the first two albums which are glorious.
beetlejuice
I don't think Weezer are shit at all. Yes, some of their albums are better than others (the first two being the best) but they all have at least one good song on them. The Radiohead cover is admittedly bizarre though.Actually, they did a great cover of Wheatus' Teenage Dirtbag at Leeds last year...

Soda Jerk
Teenage Dirtbag? Really? What's that all about?
Monster Zero
I am also puzzled as to why they are covering Wheatus. I have heard 'Raditude' and it is about a hundred million times better than anything Wheatus ever did. Wheatus were very very shite. If that Tunnels gig is busy I really despair.
