Wasps = cunts ... skinheads of the insect world... I was once stung by one when I was innoccently browsing a shop window that had a display of Ninja Swords.... I suddenly felt a massive chest pain... I was convinced I was having a heart attack ... until I saw the skinhead stripey cunt flying out from underneath my jacket. My left chest swelled up and I had a left breast ... sadly I couldnt play with it as it hurt too much (I did try). This awful fate was only solved by drinking a bottle of cool white wine, followed by much beer. Result was a hangover of biblical proportions but not a sign of left breast. I reccomend this course of action in case it happens to you.

Nothing wrong with filtering as long as you dont do it a too high a speed... Motorcycles are dangerous but fun... I gave mine up a few years back because I didnt want to die young (or middle aged now). At some point you are likely to be in an accident no matter how careful. If you are on a bike, the chances of you killing yourself in that accident are a lot higher than in a car.

There are lots of good places to eat in Stavanger go out and have a look... There is a nice bar on the waterfront where I did a gig once... not in the main harbour bit but up close to some Museum. We got good grub there. Did you know that Norwegians eat more pizza per head of population than any other nations? The Pizza place in Stavanger called Peppes ? is a chain in Norway and usually very good. Try and take a boat trip up the Fjords amazing !

Sky is banned in my house... I have some Shure in-ear earphones I use as well as Tapco monitors, I much prefer these in-ear one to the bigger headphones... the sound is pretty good and no leakage... they were about £150 ... E2c model, these are not made anymore, but updated version are available. Also they make your iPod sound AMAZING !

Pet hate : Queue jumping Norwegians in Airports... also people who turn up at check in with large hand luggage and expect to get away with it... cheeky cunts... also why dont FAT people get charged extra for flying? one nightmare flight I was stuck next to a seriously obese person who was so huge I was crushed up against the side of the plane... I complained to the airline ... but got fuck all in response ... plus he smelled bad as well... Even just thinking about this has given me stress ...

Cubase is ace... but it requires a bit of effort to learn, like most of these higher end recording software packages. RTFM and use youtube there are heaps of good free tutorials online !

Shitting in public is a bit different than having a shite in a public toilet I particularly enjoy have a good shite at work, its a double pleasure ... 1) A good dump can be a mystical experience and 2) You are getting paid for it. a genuine win/win scenario ... My pet hate though is when you work in a place that has motion (!) sensitive lights in the cludgie... you are in the middle of a nice quiet shite ... and suddenly you are plunged into darkness... fukkin hate that !!

Has anyone actually tried to sell firearms or replica guns? I think thats unlikely and therefore unnecessary, we are not in the US... Also I dont see anything wrong with putting up a link to e-bay or Gumtree (owned by e-bay) etc maybe just some advice on how to sell and describe as suggested by first poster.

I'm going to go back and listen to the first two Dire Straits albums which I loved when they first came out... I never enjoyed later material when they went all stadium rock... I'm a classic case of liking a band/artist "before they were famous" Exceptions are of course Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen.

Our cat is 18 next month, so he is quite old and doesnt really do anything other than eat and shit. He doesnt like going outside anymore. On occaison he will come to the sofa for a cuddle. He used to enjoy hunting when he was a boy ... rats were his favourite prey .. one morning I went round the back of the house there were 3 dead rats... two huge ones and a smaller baby rat... I thought there was a lot of racket the night before .. he was looking very pleased with himself ! At first I wasn't keen on the cat but now I'm quite fond of the old fella...

The classic tweedy case above looks great, would suit my DIY Rory Gallagher strat... of course I'd have to relic that case as well... I actually think the standard plastic Fender cases do a better job of protecting your axe...
