  1. Bump Still for sale Photo here .... http://www.flickr.com/photos/92137586@N08/8368087278/in/photostream
  2. Nice guitar but not what I'm after... Thanks anyway
  3. I'm looking for one ... still PM if you know of any for sale. Stuart
  4. I have one of the above for sale, complete with a new set of Elixr Strings. It sounds great but not as good as my Martin D35 so it been sitting unused by me for ages. It has a B Band A3 electro pickup which sounds excellent when used through PA or acoustic amp. Glossy spruce top with mahogany back and sides plus cutaway design. The preamp has a 4-band rotary EQ, with cut / boost bass, middle, treble and presence controls. The bad bit is that it got some damage to the top which had a hole punched through I believe by a stiletto heel. I got this re-paired by a luthier, I couldnt afford to get it re-painted so the repair has been covered up by a Bourbon Street Sticker (see photo). There are a few other dings but nothing major. I'm looking for £150.00 cash. Its nice guitar for not much money!
  5. The Doblo comes to the rescue! don't forget to feed the pussy!
  6. The Hobbit ... An Unexpected Journey
  7. You could just cut it off and replace with a UK style plug surely?
  8. I have a Tangledwood Jumbo Electro Acoustic. It has had some damage to the top that was repaired and is covered up by a sticker so it looks OK. It sounds great plugged but to be honest it doesnt sound as good as my Martin D35 unplugged which is not a real surprise given the cost difference! It has a brand new set of Elixr Strings. Let me know if you are interested.
  9. Nice looking guitar you will sell that nae bother !
  10. No he faked his Mums signature ... just like we all did at school ...
  11. I have the KRK Rockets .... I preferred my Tapco Monitors which had a nicer sound and suffered less from interference. One of the Tapcos pre-amps failed after 3 years if use ... suspect it was abused by teenage sons mates who for some reason thought it was OK to plug in a Line 6 Amp Model pedal and abuse the feck out of the speakers playing some god awful death metal thrash shoite ... I'll get around to repairing the tapcos at some point. Anyway I suggest you phone a company like Studio Spares and speak to them about monitors I think they have some decent people working there and have their own line in budget monitors....
  12. There is a nice Gibson J45 at Imported Instruments. Sounds amazing, I am expecting a work trip to the US next year so I'll be buying a couple of guitars over there rather than pay UK prices.
  13. There was time travel in the Matrix... in that I wished I could travel back in time and stop them making it ... clearly !
  14. These are the guitars I NEED to complete my collection Gibson SJ200 prewar western Martin 000-28 Gibson 335 Musicman Stingray 5 String Bass 12 String Guild Dreadnought Acoustic Celtic/Irish Bouzikis Dobro Fender US Deluxe Stratocaster Rickenbacker 330 Only 9 !
  15. I enjoyed Loopers ... way better than that overrate pile of shite called The Matrix that people were claiming it was similar too... the only similarity was time travel ...
  16. They will need the money to keep paying the wages of the players who signed on at huge rates... for the next 2 years in the 3rd division.
  17. You could maybe hire a village hall someplace, depends if you are fixed in Aberdeen, but I'm sure there are halls you could hire in Aberdeen though, give the cooncil a ring. The main issue around these is the Health & Safety requirements etc which can be a bit of a nightmare.
  18. I still have a Doblo !

  19. also minus the Bentley ...
  20. Not enough space for loops ... 30 seconds I think the manual says .... need a bit more that that...
