I'm aware it does me no good but for some reason that's not the reason I want to quit. It's a stinky habit and there literally is no need for it. The fact that I smoke annoys me and not being able to quit only makes it worse. Fuck knows how I'm going to do it, I have the will power of Michelle McManus in a cake shop.

I honestly do want to quit but my brain won't let me. I can quit for 2 days at a time but after that i start to crumble. It's a ridiculous habit.

Has anyone got any spare cardboard boxes i could use? Im moving house in about 6 weeks so i'll need to start the packing process beforehand. Those boxes that you normally get for holding office files would be perfecto.
