  13. um, i dont really know how "hardcore" you would consider these bands but i'd recommend underoath and fireapple red, both bands ive just kinda got into...
  14. who were that band that played after you guys? they were quite literally the funniest band ive ever seen in my life....how can you define them?? ill try gay disco 80s cheesy reggae emo euro dance at a very very slow pace....it was just bizarre! you guys were sounding awesome i thought, much better than friday at kef, i love your song about being gay dave, its awesome!

    Emo

i like emo!! and you like me! hence you like emo, cos i said so! jake, inside you there is a tortured soul of a teenage emo kid just waiting to be discovered! youre totally in denial!
  16. The Malt Mill is one of the first places I ever went to a gig, its awesome, although has been done over since then so I dunno what its like anymore but I really hope they still have those ace big pictures of like Louis Armstrong and people like that on the walls cos they were awesome and the whole feel of the place was just cosy and homely, I loved it.......almost as much as I loved the old Drakes, that place was fucking amazing!!!!!!!!! tiny, but amazing, the artwork on the walls there was some screwed up shit and I just loved it! oh how i miss it
  17. Jeff Buckley!! without a shadow of a doubt, he is my hero, i love him, immensely!
  18. aye, liking broken sunshine more each time i see them, always walk away from their gigs with "indecision"(?) stuck in my head, what a mighty fine song!! didnt have enough cash to purchase a cd, i hate being poor, but will be sure to grab one next time im up. had a wee listen to milner's copy, sounded pretty good, except the start of one song, i think, sounded a bit outta tune, but then i was kinda drunk when i was listening to it so maybe my ears were outta tune. anyway, good gig! cheers x
  19. fireapple red were awesome!! i really really liked them a lot but also had no money to purchase a cd! bring on the student loan!!!! aye, ace gig, well done mr kirk!
  20. i accidentally ended up seeing the streets at leeds ('reserving' my space amongst the mob for lostprophets) and actually didnt entirely hate their set which i was expecting to. thought i was gonna be bored out ma tits but it was actually alright, very bouncy!! mike skinner was fairly funny. reckon "dry your eyes mate" is probably one of the most overplayed songs EVER though, alongside "seven nation army".....man they piss me off!
  21. ahahahahahahahahaha im loving the mental image i have of claire dressed up as gandalf, amazing!!! reckon ill probably be in glasgow for hallowe'en....mmmmmm.......i wanna go trick or treating, man that rocks!!!
  22. twas mostly righteous!!!! the support bands were really good, i just didnt like them much! MCR were just awesome, "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" was just amazing......"trust me!" Bit of a mental pit going on in there, I stood at a very safe distance, no elbow-in-eye action for me!
  23. saw the same line up last night but in glasgow, all pretty good. personally prefer dopamine and the hurt process to the other two, but thats just me dont think they were too chuffed with aberdeen though you guys apparently were like the zombies in shaun of the dead! oopsy its just cos glasgow kids were fucking mental.....like properly mental....beloved played an awesome set and the crowd were just going crazy, was cool to watch
  24. even I might be tempted by this one.....if they play Glasgow that is
  25. hahaaaa yeah totally, status quo, they rock.....
