Bollocks my arse you poof 16 again are more fresh and exciting than most of the new local bands, it is a laugh,meant to be taken with a pinch of salt,or at least a few beers,besides if you had seen 16 again playing to a sell out crowd in The Lemon Tree as they did last week you would not be so quick at putting the gig down.

so would I ,go to see XS RELOCAT, they kick erse But I reckon these young whipper snappers need to be shown what punk REALLY sounded like.

Hi punkers if you could see a punk covers band on a Wednesday night,would you prefer a Sex Pistols tribute or a band playing Heartbreakers,New York Dolls,Ramones,The Damned,The Ruts,The Sex Pistols,SLF,The Jam,The Clash,999,The Buzzcocks,Devo,The Mekons,Chelsea,Dead Boys,Rezillos,Undertones etc,etc? Anyone with an interest in old school punk out there?. Anyone up for seeing either of these bands?.

Just rehearse I saw you in Drummonds and to be frank,the guitar was nae bad,but for fucks sake ,REHEARSE and get tight before you rob me of an entrance fee again,you have potential,but let's not forget that a gig is supposed to be about entertaining folk with music,NOT about showing off by eating and throwing Onions. Tar carried it off very nicely with donuts,but then again they COULD PLAY very well. CARRY ON THE GOOD WORK THOUGH,just remember it's all about MUSIC.

Saw them last night at Billy Bundys and Sunday at The Lemon Tree,their drummer is very very good,nice tight band,worth getting excited about,amazing sounds coming out of the guitar at the end,not sure about the Joe Scratchyfanny guitar behind the neck postulations though!.

I am putting on an all day gig on Sunday the 26th SEPTEMBER AT DRUMMONDS ON Belmont Street.The point of the gig is to make money for an old folks home,so they can take them out on trips,and generally entertain them. Se x Pistols Never mind the bollocks The Damned were punk as fuck and funny as hell,buy Machine Gun Etiquette. Crass were a bunch of whining hippies,I saw them at the Music Hall once,fucking depressing gig,lots of monitors showing Hiroshima and other disturbing stuff,nae exactly uplifting smile enducing stuff.

Nice one peep Yeah right on man ,OXYMORONIC indeed,I see a lot of folk calling a spade an earth inverting horticultural implement,but little in the gigs resembling some sort of punk set,but fear not 16 AGAIN will show everyone what punk songs were like in 1977 and it may prompt a few bands to rename what they are doing, modern so called punk is largely rubbish and fuck all like punk as I remember it to be,and I saw a lot of great punk bands,with Aberdeens Toxic Ephex being one of the better ones,good old Toxics,punk as fuck,and still dein the occasional gig tae.
