have you heard it yet? (single from the forthcoming Iron Maiden album)... I got a torrent of it and have seen the music video streamed somewhere... What do you think? I think it's good! Familiar but also very different... it almost sounds like a gravitation towards more X Factor style stuff which IMHO is great... Works very well and overall a cool damn song!!!

there isn't one... there's only 2 AA batties in there so they create no intereference or noise on my pickups at all!! I put them there because you see my hand move past them when I pick and it looks cool... @black matter guy - it's pretty easy to do if you know how to solder... A battery box is just a little black plastic box to hold the batteries to power the LEDs... literally cost me less than 10 pounds!

actually not very much as I did it myself ... soo total cost is less than a tenner for the 15 LEDs really.... sore wire, a 50p 2AA battery box which is in the electronics cavity....

yep I sacrificed the middle single coil for it - just took the cover, put LEDs with clips in the spaced for the pole pieces (was a perfect fit!) and filled it with hot glue... I'm keeping the pickup for another guitar...

Hey, to anyone who has seen Ascension live recently you will have noticed I have LEDs on my Ibanez! Well... I've gone and added more and taken cool pics of it for all to see!

that's just the sort of generalised sweeping comment that means you miss out on some good equipment at a good price... I very much agree that 90% of Behringer gear is cheap and sounds terrible... thus being junk. However they do have some solid products that are actually useful, this amp being one of them (for those after a budget stack that moves air well) and their Vamp modellers have been given alot of credit. I think their best has been the Guitar DI box they made (G100 i think) its 4X12 cab sim is just brilliant...

I'd really like to see Black Matter at full strength - i understand you were a guitarist short the other night? Your myspace recordings really don't do justice- I was quite impressed with what I heard! It's a shame we couldn't get all those guys to come inside, they went upstairs to hang about at nick's etc and only came down around 10 oclock... eek - nevermind though, I had a good time and watched all of the bands!

yep... it was an amazingly cool song with JerryC first did it... but now it has been TOTALLY internet raped by everyone and his dog who thinks he can play guitar... I've seen some really terrible attempts including a guy who gave up before the first arpeggio (why would you video that lol!) This guy, ok he's practiced some bits well but it's just not very good tbh...
