i disagree... infact funeral for a friend were terrible - the fact that Gamma Ray opened for maiden in europe is what made me mad, it was almost worth a trip to paris to see ... funeral for a friend and trivium = no no.

well if iron maiden get supported by shit like trivium and funeral for a friend then i'm sure we will be fine for these lassies... plus variety is the spice of life - should be a fun gig so those of coming i shall see you next thursday!

with most* 8 strings you would want to add a high A so i hope that's what the Ibanez one is going for.... the low G in my opinion is utterly pointless... unless you like listening to mush coming out of your amplifier.... the high A however is very useful! I'd love it to have a fanned frets version... i might go for that one if it did!

hey nice find Dan, that's not too shabby I must say (amazing coming from me you will note!) Great riffing, really good time changes - they are listenable and add to the song as opposed to the Dream Theatre "random number generator time signature machine"... But yeh nice one there...

lol it was a bit dead being a school night but otherwise it was cool! there was maybe 20 - 30 ppl there ... but it doesn['t matter! if there was 1 person there it woulda still rocked! Nih and BM were both rockin aswell... good stuff!

I don't think Everwicked are still active... they did have mp3s around somewhere which were quite good though - Bassdemon will still have them I wager! I don't think they have been changed much tbh - I added some keyboards to it so maybe that takes the attention off the vox a bit! Thanks though
