They have taken the money from my credit card already however (it said on the confirmation that they wouldn't take the money until the order was ready to despatch), so we'll see. By law they must ship you the item at that price.However large companies are very good at wriggling their way out of situations like this. Even though it's illegal and you could take them to court (if you could be assed), they will most likely send an appology email plus refund your card. Skull Commander Posted December 29, 2004 Report Share Posted December 29, 2004 Our policy is to cancel orders if we have been unable to supply books within 60 days, or any other items within 45 days, with the exception of products that have not yet been released or that are reported as reprinting.The above is what I found on my order screen, while checking up on if they have any stock yet.
