They have to rely on him, and what he has to his advantage is the technical ability to play a more withdrawn role. I can see him being one of those players who moves back into midfield to prolong their career. I was thinking about World Cups of recent years and remember Dwight Yorke doing something similar for Trinidad & Tobago. There was a Britsh guy, Chris Birchall, who also played for T&T that year...
