Adam Easy Wishes
Unfortunately I cannot contribute because the one 'handyman' type guy I know has moved back to the Czech Republic.Which is kind of why I'm here - looking for a painter that will cheaply paint a bunch of stuff in my house. Skirting/walls/MDF shelves and suchlike. I am aware I could do it myself so none of those replies please.Figure one thread to capture good experiences of all trades would be beneficial to the good people of ab-music. Thank me after. So, any recommendations?!
Guest davetherave
Excellent idea, unfortunately I cant help with your painting. But does anyone know someone that can replace roofline/guttering at a reasonable rate.

ca_gere
Daves don't have surnames. It's scientific fact. They are however, often assigned a suffix descriptive of their job and/or personality. see Dirty Dave, Drum and bass Dave.

Not much help for painting but if anyone needs joinery work, new kitchen, windows, doors or even a shelf put up, give him a shout: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Alan-Officer-Joinery/308709139182438
