Surely you only need as many playlists as people...?Each person is assigned a partner, and those two people swap their playlists with each other via PM, and the partner reviews that persons play list. Then the playlist is shared amongst everyone else. I think it's a bit more personal than just making a playlist for everyone, as I doubt most people have the time to review each playlist.
