Oh dear lord - Scotchness!

Recommended Posts

Someone has just been kind enough to direct my attention to

All the way through, I was hoping against hope it might turn out to be a spoof :(

So that explains why Fiona Kennedy has been conspicuous by her absence for a while now.

(Did they have to associate my clan seat Eilean Donan, in this shite too!)

I think you are stuck up a gumtree with this - The image of Eilean Donan is burned into the very fabric of tartanry! :(

I'll love this sort of stuff in 50 years :)

In fairness, i'm a total stereotype. I've just started gearing up for the upcoming Scotland games by watching Local Hero and Braveheart, in addition to listening to Frankie Miller, Dougie McLean, Proclaimers and Deacon Blue.

*making up the cds just now for the supporters bus to the game and trying to sneak some Stapleton, Aereogramme and Idlewild on there :)

I'm really getting into trad stuff lately and I'm all for celebrating Scotland's heritage, but that's just embarrasing.

Well, he is a very good singer. Try this, on the Tarbert-Uig ferry, without the backing band and the Dick Van Disney does Brigadoon McRiverDance cheesefest.

Interesting setting, I'd play it quite differently. :)

Oh and here he is eating fast food and drinking Irn Bru:

I tried to give you some negative rep for this, but it wouldn't let me. Boo!
