Metarie
Let's have a list of winners then. Who cried tears of joy? Who declared the voting a fix? Who got drunker than hell and got lifted by the police later in the night?

Metarie
But I have to look all the way through them and I'm so very very lazy Who got king and queen of fudge/best dressed/most shaggable?
The Ghost Of Fudge
umm, rebecca got queen... she had a sorta flapper dress and fur 20's combo going on...biz was clearly angling for the king. he was wearing both a dalek costume AND an inflatable rubber dingy.i can't even remember who we gave that one to in the end. but if it wasn't nicky casino, then we were clearly wrong... He did the most impeccably suave "get that camera out of my face" move too. Effortless.
Jim Stax
Bri, you and Craig should award yourselves something sometime. Are Samurai Fury a real band by the way or are they a pastiche of something bad?
Lemonade
Ah the fudge awards!A great night was had by all, despite a low turn out. Some live notes:The Lorelei might be my favourite band in Aberdeen now. They put on a great gig.I inadvertently said the gayest thing I've ever said in my life during Samurai Fury's set. I turned to my girlfriend (no less) and said "That singer is in great shape. Every time he sings you can see his stomach muscles rippling". Good show from the Tyrant Lizard Kings as well, a real power trio.Shame to see so few people from the bands that were nominated in attendance. And really, nobody made much of an effort with the speeches. Mostly just drunken mumbling. Must do better next year.I have Calum Underkills most punchable acceptance speech on video. It will appear on Youtube soon.....Cobra Kai was robbed! As a footnote, I think Bri and Craig deserve a massive round of applause for putting the whole thing together, and for running the Fudge nights for however many years it's been running now (a long time anyway). I think we all appreciate the end result, and maybe sometimes don't think about the work that goes into putting the nights together / advertising / promotion etc. Aberdeen would be a much duller place of a Saturday night if it wasn't for Bri putting on the Fudge nights at the Moorings (and Snafu, and formerly the Lemon Tree and just about every other venue in town). I've seen some excellent bands from Aberdeen and beyond at the Fudge nights over the years, and it must be a pain in the ass sometimes trying to organise all these nights, so as someone said above, if there's anyone who's deserving of a 1 trophy from Poundland it's Brian Here's to Fudge and long may it continue

turbodude
Who, the muscles guy? Too much internal pressure from the sculpted abs? Is there a vido?haha no, he had food poisoning at the snafu gig and was terrified that he might shit himself but he didn't luckily. Greg (our Drummer) played the fudge awards with a broken cheek too, he was supposed to be getting an opperation that day but postponed it to play, pretty rocknroll
