Teabags
KYLE ORTON IS A FUCKING HERO!
colb
Aye that was a good finish by the Bills last night. Spiller's gonna be a loss though. Easy win for the Ravens yesterday, good to see the D step up for the 2nd week in a row.
Teabags
Yeah, and hopefully Jackson isn't out too long. Winning a game in that fashion with no RBs, wow. Orton has REALLY stepped up.
ca_gere
Rams special teams... wow.
Spoonie
Giants sucked the fat one again last night. Nothing worse than a crap run game to bring my mood down. Peyton breaking the career TD passes record tho, that's a hell of an effort. and that Rams/Seahawks game looked the business.
Captain America
Broncos Niners game last night was a bit of a sad watch. Our defense really stepped up with the big missing pieces (2 All Pro linebackers) so far this season but with Willis missing as well our LB core was unrecognizable and you can't just hold it together against probably the most potent offense in the league. ca_gere
The Jets have a few problems. Vick doing a nice job coming in. I can't help but think Geno is done after this. You can't come out and throw 3 interceptions IN A ROW and expect keep your place. Edit: oops Vick just fumbled. Fuck me.

Captain America
Just wanted to say how much I love Jon Gruden's commentary. First time I've seen him do a whole game (on holiday so MNF was on a good time). He's just great.
ca_gere
He is fucking fantastic. Most of the NFL commentators are great tbh. Puts the cliche-ridden world of football commentary into perspective. He's the best though.
Spoonie
Have you ever had a chance to watch any of Gruden's QB Camps? Every year just before the draft he gets the top 8-or-so QBs from that year's draft class and does a sort of job interview with them, reviewing film, checking their knowledge of plays and then getting out on the field and seeing what they can actually do. Seriously good stuff! The ones with Andrew Luck and Johnny Manziel are particularly good! I'm a huge fan of Gruden!
Captain America
Yeah I remember the Andrew Luck one best. It made it look an easy decision to pick him over RG3 that year.
Spoonie
He's a hell of a player!
colb
3 sacks in 3 plays and the Steelers on 4th and 39. Ravens D on fire!!
Captain America
Ugh time for Roman to go for us. His play calling is awful. It's not all his fault, the OLine is woeful this year but his redzone play calling is awful and is costing us games.
Spoonie
Ridden by the Colts last night. Dark times. Wonder if Tommy C can work his magic and drag us out of the mire again or if it'll be curtains for him at the end of the year.
Captain America
Dark times indeed, Beckham looks like a bright spot though. Something to help rebuild the offense around.
Spoonie
See his one-handed grabs in warm-ups? Sick
Captain America
Three more games next year with the two on consecutive weekends. They are testing it out for a franchise more than ever now. Jets @ Dolphins Bills @ Jags Lions @ Chiefs Pretty surprised the Chiefs are giving up a home game at Arrowhead. Guess they are pushing for a Superbowl in the next few years...
